Domestic Shipping (within India)

• Orders are dispatched within 10-15 working days through a trusted courier service. Domestic deliveries will be made via Bluedart.
• Shipping is free within India, irrespective of payment method.
• We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you wish to send multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per shipping address.
• We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We aim to confirm all dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

International Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 4-6 weeks.

International shipping is charged at Rs.9000 since the pieces are made in 92.5% pure sterling silver and are levied with heavy clearance changes. 

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. The above charges are inclusive of all taxes, fuel surcharge and include Customs clearance charges at India.

All international orders are shipped in sturdy tin boxes to avoid any damage since the pieces are delicate. As we have no control over how the packages are handled during transit, we do not send them in our regular cardboard boxes to ensure the order reaches you safely without any breakage.

Please note that our shipments are made door-to-door only so we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. The courier will attempt to deliver to your shipping address three times if you are unavailable. They will also get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, so please keep a look out for such correspondence.

Note: International shipments attract additional duties and taxes that may be levied on an order once it has reached the destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to state the exact amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges vary widely between states and countries.

FORCE MAJEURE: Sheetal Zaveri by Vithaldas shall have no liability to any client/buyer for any failure to deliver goods that have been ordered or in any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to acts of god, terrorism, riots, pandemic etc.
